The annual Dullah Omar Memorial Lecture will be held in February
The Community Law Centre will be hosting the 8th Dullah Omar Memorial Lecture on 16th February 2012. The speaker will be Former President of the Republic of South Africa, Mr Thabo Mbeki.
The topic of the Lecture will be "Reflections on Peacemaking, State Sovereignty and Democratic Governance in Africa", and it will take place in the Main Hall, University of the Western Cape.
