Forced evictions illegal declares Kenya court
A ruling has been issued on the Kenyan housing and evictions case that the Community Law Centre is involved in as an amicus.
The High Court of Kenya at Embu issued a ruling on Friday, 18 November 2011. The case is: Ibrahim Sangor Osman and Others v the Hon. Minister Of State for Provincial Administration & Internal Security and Others Constitutional Petition No. 2 of 2011.
