He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Moi University, Eldoret in Kenya and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Human Rights and Democratisation in Africa from University of Pretoria, South Africa. Conrad has previously worked as a Project Associate at the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights and as a Programme Officer at the Economic Social Rights Centre (Hakijamii Trust), a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Nairobi. Focusing on Kenya, his research seeks to investigate the context and design in which the process of devolution can be a panacea to state conflict.
